Shipping policy

 

We ship worldwide with La Poste, Chronopost and DHL. 
All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:

France : 8€ - La Poste Colissimo
Switzerland : 12€ - La Poste Colissimo
Italy : 18€ - Chronopost
Rest of Europe : 16€ - Chronopost
Outside of Europe : 25€ - DHL Express or Chronopost


DELIVERY PERIOD

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed. Most of our orders are custom made and take extra time to be produce. Once your package has been scanned out of our atelier, estimated delivery times are:

France & Switzerland: 2–3 business days
Rest of Europe: 2–6 business days
Outside Europe: 5–10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We always strive to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, but any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the courier are outside our control and are the responsibility of the delivery service.


If you suspect your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact info@ayo504.com with any supporting information so that we can best assist you.

 
DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout and covered by us via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. This means that you will not incur any further charges upon receiving the package.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We gladly accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ayo504.com, including your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been approved, we kindly ask that the item(s) be dispatched without delay.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

• In pristine original condition — unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
Please note: undergarments are non-refundable.

• Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and garment bags.

• Returned in the original shipping box or an equally secure and protective outer box.

• Full-price purchases only. Sale items and items purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return.

• We do not accept in-person returns.

EU RETURNS

For customers within the EU, returns must be organized and paid for by the customer. AYO504 is not responsible for any returned parcels. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-EU) RETURNS

For customers outside the EU, please contact info@ayo504.com to receive the required documentation and, upon request, a DHL return shipping label.
Please note: if you choose to use our international shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD

If your order was placed after 1st December, you will have until the first week of January to return the item(s) bought during this time. If you have any questions, please contact info@ayo504.com

REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
All refunds are issued to the original method of payment, excluding:

• The original shipping fees

• Any duties or taxes incurred

• (For non-EU customers using our DHL label) the cost of the return shipping label
