Can I modify my order?
If you need to make changes, contact info@ayo504.com immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Use your tracking number to contact your local courier service.

Do you offer exchanges?
No. To change an item, please return your order and place a new one.
How do I return an item?
– EU customers: Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
– Non-EU customers: Contact us at info@ayo504.com for return instructions. If we provide a DHL return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Will you provide a return label?
– Available for non-EU customers (DHL).
– EU customers must arrange their own label.
Can I return items in person?
No. All returns must be shipped via courier.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
